Bebop, Ballads, and Beyond!
Join us for an evening celebrating the rich sounds and evolving spirit of modern jazz. This concert showcases iconic works by Miles Davis, Ornette Coleman, John Coltrane, Horace Silver, and other jazz greats who shaped the genre through innovation, lyricism, and groove. From the driving rhythms of bebop to soulful blues and intimate ballads, the program highlights milestones in jazz history—offering both timeless classics and inspired interpretations by our performers.

Florence Harkness Memorial Chapel (est. 1902) is known for its Tiffany stained-glass windows, soaring arches, and exquisite woodwork. The neo-Gothic structure, located on Mather Quad at ÃÛÌÒAPP (Cleveland, OH), commemorates the brief life of Florence Harkness Severance. The chapel offers a warm, intimate, and acoustically resonant space for performances and special events.
