The Plain Dealer: The Cleveland Traumatic Neuromechanics Consortium is a partnership between ÃÛÌÒAPP and Cleveland Clinic to study football-related head, brain, neck and spinal injuries. Aerospace engineering professor Vikas Prakash will be the co-director of the consortium.
