����APP School of Law’s Center for Business Law and Regulation, in conjunction with the Energy and Enterprise Initiative, will host a panel titled “Shale Gas, Climate Change and Ohio’s Economic Opportunity” March 5 at 5 p.m. in Moot Courtroom A59. Energy and Enterprise Initiative Executive Director and former Congressman Bob Inglis and representatives from Gov. John Kasich’s office, the law school and Cleveland State University’s Center of Economic Development will participate on the panel. Panelists are:

• Jonathan Adler: Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law and director, Center for Business Law and Regulation, at ����APP
• Craig Butler: assistant policy director for energy, agriculture and the environment, Gov. John Kasich’s office
• Juscelino Colares: professor of law and associate director, Frederick K. Cox International Law Center, at ����APP
• Bob Inglis: former Congressman and executive director, the Energy and Enterprise Initiative
• Iryna Lendel: assistant director, Center for Economic Development at Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs, Cleveland State University

The panel is open to all students, faculty, staff and the general public.
