Law's Ayesha Bell Hardaway celebrates the signing of 'Tanisha’s Law'
Spectrum News: Ayesha Bell Hardaway, professor at the School of Law and director of the Social Justice Institute, praised former law students who helped draft “Tanisha’s Law,” noting they did the work “without course credit,” “without payment,” and alongside the heavy demands of law school. The new law creates a bureau of unarmed clinicians and social workers to respond to mental health crisis calls.
