Green Professor of Law at the School of Law, said the Trump administration is trying “to have it both ways,” sounding supportive of Louisiana’s pro-life goals while “actively defending the FDA” in court, as pro-life advocates blasted the decision to pause a lawsuit over mail-order abortion pills.
