Learn how to use the ITS help site through online demonstration Oct. 25

Information Technology Services will host “ITS Connect: A Tour of ” on Thursday, Oct. 25, at 11:30 a.m. online at . This presentation will demonstrate how to navigate the ITS self-help website, , and discuss information that can assist with the products and services offered by ITS.  The session will be streamed live at  and a recording will be posted later at help.case.edu. For an archive of past ITS Connect events, visit help.case.edu and click on “Videos” under Training. ITS is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist with technology questions and needs.
