Participate in research studying that assesses the effects of mood on physical exercise and have the chance to win a $25 amazon gift card
Purpose: The purpose of this experiment is to assess the effects of intensive and calming gaming and/or instructional videos on the emotional health of college students.
Duration: 15-20 Minutes. Includes a survey and a 10-minute exercise video.
