Faculty and staff can register now for biometric screenings, which will be offered on campus beginning Sept. 15. The screening will help prepare for the 2016 wellness incentive. Register at and use the registration key CWRU. Follow these steps to register:

1. Log in to your account—or create a new account.
2. On the welcome screen, click on “Your Screening.”
3. On the “Your Screening Page,” click on “Schedule Now.”
4. Click on the “At An Event” button.
5. Select your preferred building—Tinkham Veale University Center, Crawford Hall or Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing.
6. Select the day and time.
7. Put it on your schedule.

The Health Risk Appraisal and Tobacco Attestation Form are also required to qualify for medical plan participants to receive the monthly Wellness Premium Incentive in 2016. The forms will be available beginning Sept. 1.
