ideastream: Michael Goldberg, professor at Weatherhead School of Management and associate vice president of the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship, said AI is reshaping the workforce so quickly that students can’t rely on a single fixed career path. Goldberg, who was joined in the conversation with junior Alvisa Krasniqi, also emphasized that adaptability, creativity and entrepreneurial thinking will matter more than memorizing technical skills, and urged educators to redesign coursework to help students learn how to learn.
