Every month, University Health & Counseling Services hosts a Mindful Activity Hour (MAH). This program offers a featured craft that promotes wellness and stress reduction. In addition to crafting, there are various other activities to engage in, such as puzzles, coloring, play-doh, and more!
All students are welcome and encouraged to attend UH&CS' MAH. Come on your own or bring a friend(s). Registration for this program is encouraged but not required; walk-ins are welcome. If you want to register for this semester's Mindful Activity Hours, please click the registration links below.

Mindful Activity Hour Topics
Kick off this semester's Mindful Activity Hour series with mini canvas painting with paint markers on Wednesday, January 21st from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Explore your creative side and walk away with a fun, colorful piece of art to decorate your space with. There will, of course, be the usual activities like Play-Doh, puzzles, coloring, and more!
