Cheryl Duvall, MS, is a designer, consultant, coach, author, and entrepreneur. She committed her 40+ year career to demonstrating that space, culture, and human behavior are fundamentally interrelated and must be considered in tandem for businesses and their people to thrive. As an OD practitioner, Cheryl led change management, organization design, and workplace strategy for private and public sector clients, innovating alternative design approaches and transformational results. Cheryl holds a M.S. in Positive Organization Development and Change from ÃÛÌÒAPP and a B.S. in Interior Design from University of Maryland. She is a noted writer of several publications, including her book Change is on the Wind: Managing Change for a New Landscape. She is also a regular speaker at distinguished international conferences such as IFMA's World Workplace, NeoCon, and the World Appreciative Inquiry Conference.
