Kelly has been with American Greetings for 23 years and currently serves as the Chief Product Officer, overseeing Creative / Product Development, Category Management, Consumer Insight and Licensing. Her passion is understanding the needs of consumers and developing new products to better meet those needs. Kelly is equally passionate about education and the impact it has on people and communities. Kelly currently serves on the board of Thrive Scholars and previously served on the boards of St. Joseph Academy and the Tri-C Foundation.
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She currently resides in Lakewood with her husband Scott and her black lab, CJ.
