Jen Halliday joins the Weatherhead School of Management as Executive Director of the Celia Weatherhead Leadership Institute, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience across K–12 education, higher education, and the nonprofit sector. Her career spans roles as Associate Head of School at Friends Academy, President of Magnificat High School, and Director of Strategy and Operations at the Collaborative for Spirituality in Education at Columbia University Teachers College, where she has led research-informed strategy, program development, and community engagement. A former teacher and lifelong educator, Jen’s work centers on developing ethical, research-driven, and experiential approaches to leadership that prepare individuals to navigate complexity and drive meaningful, real-world impact. She holds a master’s degree in education administration from John Carroll University, a certificate in the Psychology of Leadership from Cornell University, and is a doctoral candidate at Vanderbilt University.
