Discrimination & Harassment Reporting

The LGBT Center is here to aid and support students, faculty, and staff that may have encountered any form of discrimination, harassment, and/or sexual misconduct. LGBTQ+ populations often faces many changes that leave our community vulnerable to added levels of bullying, harassment, and victimization.

The Institution will provide support and investigate matters of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct. That includes, but is not limited to, discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.

If you experience any form of discrimination, harassment, or sexual misconduct, please file a report with the Office of Equity.

Request for Information and Resources for Sexual Harassment, Sexual Violence, or Other Sex & Gender Discrimination

If you have experienced sexual harassment or sexual violence, the Office for Equity is available to support you by connecting you to resources and informing you about the immediate actions that can be taken, at your request, to address your situation and help you to feel safe. You are not required to share the name of the person that engaged in the sexual harassment or sexual violence, or provide details of your experience, as a condition of receiving help and support from the Office for Equity. If you are interested in making a complaint against another person, the Office for Equity will provide you with information about that process so you can assess your options and make the best choice for you.

If you would like a trained advisor from the LGBT Center to help support you through this process, please email Avery.Ware@case.edu or Greyson.Lorio@case.edu
