The Summer Undergraduate Research in Energy and Sustainability (SURES) program through CWRU’s SOURCE office offers undergraduate students an opportunity to engage in a 10-week summer research project in sustainability and energy related topics, as well as other research areas. Students can work closely with faculty members on established research projects, or can develop their own unique research project. Some students have done research collaboratively with the Office of Energy & Sustainability and the University Farm on greening campus operations. Typically the Office of Energy & Sustainability also runs a Summer speaker lunch series to connect research students to community leaders in the Energy & Sustainability field.
